  Processing Time:
 

When you submit your order, we begin processing it immediately for shipment. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. If your order was placed before 2 pm EST, it will begin processing the same day.
 

Processing your order includes a security check on your payment information to ensure we are doing our part to keep your transaction safe, and allows time for the distribution center, or one of our retail stores, to package the merchandise for shipment.
 

Orders Shipping from a Store:
 

At checkout, please check the "Shipping Notes" sections for additional information on your order. If your order is shipping Standard Ground from a store, please allow up to three additional business days for delivery. Other items in your order may ship separately.
 

Orders Placed in Store:
 

If you placed your order at our store location, please ask for the Special Order Shipping Options.
 

Shipping Exclusions:
 

At this time, Skincare Lounge SPA cannot ship to international freight forwarding companies or hotels.
 

International Orders:
 

At this time, Skincare Lounge SPA does not ship internationally.
 

Orders Shipping Direct from Manufacturer:
 

Certain items on our site are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
 

Please allow up to three additional days for delivery. These items will ship Standard Ground and are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day). These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any APO/FPO address.
 

Additionally, these items are not eligible to be returned  to our locations.
 

Puerto Rico Orders:
