In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. And to be most accommodating to your schedule we recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving Skincare Lounge SPA. When booking your Spa services, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointments. To confirm your schedule and guarantee your reservation, credit card information is required at the time of booking. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards may not be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment (Please provide your gift card voucher number when submitting your Payment info) When booking online you will be asked to give a credit card as a booking hold. Your credit card will NOT be charged .This is just a hold, however if you do NOT give us 48 hours notice of having to cancel your appointment you will then be charged.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointments. This will ensure time to complete a customer profile, change into a robe and relax prior to receiving your complete service time.
Your spa treatment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of the full amount (100%) of the cost of the scheduled services. Clients who fail to cancel more than 24 hours prior to their appointment time will be charged in full for the scheduled services. Spa Packages and multiple service appointments or for a group of (4) and more require 72 hour cancellation notice. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and therefore have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time as we keep a wait list. Additionally, at times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that your turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. Additionally, in respect to you and other spa guests, no children allowed in spa area. We ask that children under 12 remain with an adult at all times. No outside food or drink.
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should the need arise to return a product, we ask that the product return be within 14 days of the date of purchase. A product exchange or SPA product credit will be issued. Any product containing less than 75% full will not be accepted for return.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Skincare Lounge SPA Gift Cards.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Gratuity is at your discretion.
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value. Series are valid for 1 year after their date of purchase.
Gift cards are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone 215-384-3000 or online at www.skincareloungespa.com . Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Gratuity may not be taken off of gift cards unless it was added in when the gift card was purchased. Gift Cards must be mentioned when making your appointment and cannot be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. Gift cards are valid for 1 year after their date of purchase.
For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, Hadi, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the spa is available: please inquire for fees and available dates.
We regret that we are not responsible for personal articles should they be lost or misplaced. Please leave all valuables at home.
