Spa Packages Questions

What is required to hold time slots for packages or group event?
A 50 % non-refundable deposit and a credit card number to secure all appointments booked are required to schedule our Spa Package. A 20% gratuity will be added to services for a group of four or more .

Right after your online booking is done, you will be sent an invoice to your email address that consists of your 50% Deposit . Kindly pay your invoice within 72 h prior to your appointments .

What is the packages cancellation policy?
Any service(s) not cancelled at least 72 hours ( Applicable to a group less than 4 guest ) prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-shows will be charged the full service price to the credit card used to secure appointments.

What are the food and beverage options?
Our Spa Coordinators can arrange catering for designated packages. Seasonal fruits, Mimosas, Coffee, water and tea are complimentary.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before treatment time. If you arrive at the scheduled time or later, it may result in a shortened service time.

Final Payment: 50% of the remaining balance will be collected after all services are performed and completed.
