• Memberships Availability : Limited to 10 Memberships per month.
• 3 month minimum commitment required
• Unused monthly sessions roll over and accumulate for up to 12 months
• Credits expire after 12 months if not used
• Upon cancellation unused credits will be converted into a Spa Gift Card for the purchased price.
• Memberships Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions
• A $50 Cancellation fee will apply if you have not been a member for 3 months 

All memberships are auto enrolled for 3 months. Memberships can be authorized on the same day for immediate use. Membership services cannot be shared or stacked to a service not listed unless stated otherwise. If a service is not used, it will roll over for use in the future up to 12 months. If a credit card is unable to be authorized, it will remain pending until funds are available. Memberships must be in good standing to redeem services. If the member does not cancel the membership, it will automatically renew for the next 3 months. If you are finding the membership is no longer working for you, please provide a 30-day cancellation notice. A $50 fee will apply if you have not been a member for 3 months. Once a membership is cancelled, any credits on your account will automatically be converted over our Spa Gift card to a dollar amount.
