SPA General Policy



In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible.  And to be most accommodating to your schedule we recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving Skincare Lounge SPA. When booking 3 or more services, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointments. Please be mindful of your appointment time. If you are delayed 10 minutes or more, we may need to rebook your appointment. We will do everything to accommodate. 


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointments. This will ensure time to complete a customer profile, change into a robe and relax prior to receiving your complete service time. 


In the event plans change, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice of cancellations. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card on file for multiple same-day services, specialty services or packages canceled within the 24 hours prior to start of appointments.  Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. 

Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that your turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.  Additionally, in respect to you and other spa guests, no children allowed in spa area. We ask that children under 12 remain with an adult at all times. No outside food or drink. 

Product Return

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should the need arise to return a product, we ask that the product return be within 14 days of the date of purchase. A product exchange or SPA product credit will be issued. Any product containing less than 75% full will not be accepted for return. 

Prices and Payments

All prices are subject to change and without notice. We are dedicated to continually advancing our skills and providing the best products and services. 

We accept  Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Skincare Lounge SPA Gift Cards. 


Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Gratuity is at your discretion. 

Series of Treatments

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value. 

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone 215-384-3000 or online at . Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gratuity may not be taken off of gift certificates unless it was added in when the gift certificate was purchased. Gift certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. 

Spa Promotion

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates. Special value gift certificates may be used on full price treatments only. 

Group Bookings

For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, Hadi, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the spa is available: please inquire for fees and available dates. 

Personal Belongings

We regret that we are not responsible for personal articles should they are lost or misplaced. Please leave all valuables at home.
